What I have heard from people familiar with the story is that Anand Raj Varma's daughter was married off against her wishes and according to Anand Raj Varma's wishes. A divorce followed after accusations and counter accusations by both parties. The daughter wished to marry her friend, a Muslim gentleman, who was also a neighbour. I hope that Jaiswal parents will consider not forcing their children to marry against their wishes.
